When Will My Cheery Catnip Subscription Arrive?

We know your kitty can’t wait to get their paws on our premium Cheery Nip! Here’s when you can expect your subscription to arrive:

First Shipment: Your first catnip pouch set will ship within 3 business days of your purchase. Please allow 3–5 business days for delivery, depending on your location.

Monthly Shipments: After your first order, your subscription will renew automatically, and your new set of catnip pouches will ship out during the first week of each month.

ONLINE BOUTIQUE RETURN POLICY

Clothing & Accessories: Clothing and accessories (including but not limited to harnesses, collars, and leashes) can be returned for store credit within 15 days of purchase with valid receipt.

Food & Treats: We understand cats are particular with their food options! Opened food may be returned within 1 week (7 days), if it’s at least 75% full for store credit with valid receipt. Return must be postmarked for return within 1 week (7 days) of customer date of receipt.

Toys & Personalized Products: Due to the nature of toys and personalized products, these items are final sale.

Other Unused and Unopened Products: Can be returned for store credit within 15 days of purchase with valid receipt.

In-store returns follow above criteria based on the purchase date. Shipped returns follow above criteria based on the customer date of receipt. Please allow processing time of 2-3 business days plus shipping times.

Cheery Cat will not be responsible for return transport costs or liability of returned products in transport. Customer may choose to return product(s) to store in-person within return window during operational hours.
