What is Cheery Palace?
Cheery Palace is a cheery place where visitors can come lounge with our foster cats. Cats are free-roaming and ready for cuddles and play.
Can I bring my children?
Children 5 years of age and over are welcome to the lounge when accompanied by an adult. We ask that one adult is supervising one child (age 5-14).
Where do you get your cats from?
Cheery Cat is proud to be working with local rescue organizations to foster cats in our Palace, while they await their furever home. Cats may be adopted directly through the local cat rescue we are working with at the time. We are currently partnering with Community Cats – you can find their website by clicking here.
Where do the admission fees go towards?
Admission fees support us in maintaining a sustainable business model to continue fostering cats on their journey to find their purfect family. This includes costs of rent, salaries, supplies (some are provided by the cat rescue organization through donations, and we subsidize the remainder), maintenance, and other costs related to housing our foster cats.
Can I bring my own food or drinks?
For the safety and comfort of our feline friends, we do not allow any human food or drinks into the lounge
Can I bring treats and toys into the Palace?
Treats (specifically for the Palace) and toys purchased in our retail boutique are most welcome to be brought into the Palace! Please note that we do limit the number of treats that are being served to our cats for their health and wellbeing.
Outside treats and toys are not permitted to the lounge for the safety of our cats.
Can I bring my cat to the Palace?
Only foster cats are allowed in the Palace due to health and safety. Your cat is most welcome into our specialty retail boutique area – we even have a photo opportunity and a sampling station that’s sure to please!
Why can’t I reserve multiple spots at once?
We require each guest to make their own reservation. Please make a separate reservation per guest, including children (children can be reserved using their supervising adult’s information).

What is your return & exchange policy?
Clothing & Accessories: Clothing and accessories (including but not limited to harnesses, collars, and leashes) can be exchanged within 15 days of purchase with valid receipt.
Food & Treats: We understand cats are particular with their food options! Opened food may be returned within 1 week (7 days), if it’s at least 75% full for a full refund with valid receipt.
Toys & Personalized Products: Due to the nature of toys and personalized products, these items are final sale.
Other Unused and Unopened Products: Can be returned for a full refund within 15 days of purchase with valid receipt.

What is your return policy?

Processing 2-3 business days plus standard shipping time (up to 4 business days, depending on geographic region).
What are the costs for shipping?
We make shipping costs easy! All orders have a flat shipping fee of $12 throughout Canada. And if you spoil your kitty over $150, your shipping is free!
Where do you deliver to?
We ship to any location throughout Canada where Canada Post delivers!
Cheery Bakery FAQ
What’s in your bakery items?
Cheery Bakery uses the same premium ingredients you’ll find in the premium food brands we carry. All bakery products use non-toxic ingredients to cats and are just as visually appealing as they are nutritious!
Can I customize my bakery items?
Yes! We can customize the tag on our Cheery Cat Cakes with their name (up to 20 characters). These are proudly handwritten by our team.
Do you deliver?
We offer delivery through our delivery partners and can be delivered within the timeframe specified when ordering (which is usually less than an hour from time of order) during our regular business hours.
