There’s nothing wrong with a sandwich that you can just throw together, but they’re rarely going to be your favorite. Just like my namesake, I might not be for everyone, but if you like a cuddly sweetheart with heart of gold, I might be exactly what you are looking for.

I am a lap cat at heart and while I do appreciate an enthusiastic game of ‘Catch the spring’ and certainly enjoy a rigorous tussle, when you get home I want to hear all about your day and to tell you about mine. I’ve been called a chatter and I promise that my stories will earn all of the little head kisses you can supply.

My brother Cheese and I are the last of the Sandwiches in Cheery Cat Rescue’s care. We make a good match, I will say, but we’re not a bonded pair. That said, wherever I end up I will need another young cat in the home to play and wrestle with; I’m a bit more respectful of my elders than my brother, if I have a playful friend in the house I probably won’t pester any senior cats sharing the space too badly.

I do well with children, but best with the ones that already have cat-manners. Respectful dogs shouldn’t be too much of a problem for me, but I will need your help to make sure that the interactions between us stay short and positive while we are getting to know each other.
