Why hello there! My name is Basil, but my friends call me ‘Noodle’; I’m not normally one for nicknames, but it just felt right, you know? Besides, they’re not wrong, I’m proud of my ‘No Worries’, vibe. No sense in getting worked up about things. 

I’m a cuddly lad with plenty to say; I’ll tell you all about my day when you get home and you bet that I’m always ready to sit down and hear about yours. After that we can blow off some steam by RUNNING AND PLAYING!!

My rescue story is one that you’ve heard before if you’ve been following Cheery Rescue’s other profiles. My litter was the last of the Spring cats and our mother “Lilly” was the one who started the whole thing, (By Accident!) She was a young cat when she was abandoned and so she was just happy that they brought her in to a nice place to have her kittens. She couldn’t have foreseen that the future would have 40 of us in there. But CCR even helped with that, Mum has been spayed and is staying with the wonderful family who took her in. They mean it when they say No Mothers Left Behind!

My foster asked me to note that I’m great with kids; being in a house with a 2 year old was great, I never had to walk anywhere. Definitely sign me up for more of that please! I do well with cats and even respect my elders; I could definitely handle living with a senior cat, but I would certainly need someone of about my age to really get the sillies out. I have never met a dog so I can’t say for sure how I would feel, but in general I am very happy to live and let live. 

I am currently on a diet of Ziwi Peak dry and Orijen wet but would have no issues changing it up.
